Ruth Elizabeth Campbell, 78, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died June 16, 2023, peacefully at home, with her daughters by her side. She was born December 5, 1944, in Martins Ferry, Ohio and grew up in Shadyside, a daughter of the late Nancy Ruth Miller Trigg and George F. Trigg. Ruth was a retired SSI case worker for Belmont County Job and Family Services. She was a member of Thoburn United Methodist Church where she volunteered in the kitchen for events and went on mission trips.
