John Poley and Jane de Colgyll announce the engagement of their daughter, Beth Poley, to Andrew Joseph Hudak, son of Joseph and Diane Hudak of St. Clairsville.

The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of The Ohio State University with double bachelor of art degrees in women studies and in film studies.

Her fiance is a 2009 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He is a civil engineer working since 2010 for a Columbus-based engineering firm. His recent promotion transferred the couple to Green Bay, Wisc.

An August wedding is planned at the Wa-Be-Ka-Nish family lodge in Rhinelander, Wisc.
