At 3:16 a.m. Wednesday, an officer from the St. Clairsville Police Department brought a female to the Belmont County Jail. Narcotics were found on the subject, the report stated.

At 2:05 a.m. Wednesday, a caller reported that a male at Sheetz on Addie Way in St. Clairsville was asking people for a ride. The male was waiting for the bus to get a ride to New York, according to the report. The store was OK with him waiting.

At 10:38 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported that a female customer had been in McDonald’s on Mall Ring Road in St. Clairsville since 3 p.m., and the staff wanted her to leave. A deputy responded and gave the female a ride to Candlewood Suites. She was to wait there for her partner to pick her up, according to the report.

At 9:17 p.m. Tuesday, an officer on a traffic stop on Interstate 70 east near mile marker 216 in St. Clairsville issued a verbal warning to a Pennsylvania motorist for driving under suspension, no taillights and open container. The male was to take the vehicle to Bellstores and was not to drive it afterward, the officer reported.

At 8:44 p.m. Tuesday, a caller from American Eagle Outfitters at the Ohio Valley Mall in St. Clairsville reported that clothes were stolen. Information was taken for a report.

At 8:11 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported that a female was arguing with him at an address on Hope Lane in Bridgeport. They were advised on how to get a temporary protection order.

At 7:18 p.m. Tuesday, a caller from an address on Second Street in Belmont reported that males were driving past her house. She was advised on how to seek a temporary protection order.

At 1:21 p.m. Tuesday, units responded to an address on Denham Road in Smith Township for a report of a male on a four wheeler on their property throwing rocks and mud on them. The male was gone before officers arrived. Statements and photos were taken. A deputy looked up the road for the subject, but he was not located.

At 1:01 p.m. Tuesday, officers on a traffic stop on Interstate 70 in Pease Township issued a warning to a Texas motorist for driving outside of marked lanes, speeding and following too closely.

At 12:03 p.m. Tuesday, an officer responded to an address on Key-Bellaire Road in Pultney Township for a report of cows in the roadway.

At 11:05 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an address on Webb Heights Road in Shadyside for a report of someone with keys locked inside a car with kids inside, as well.
