Dear Editor, When a company’s neglect causes a disaster of the magnitude in East Palestine, the correct action would be to revoke the Norfolk Southern’s corporate charter and seize the company’s assets to be used immediately to lessen damage of further contamination, then for mitigation for the human and ecological damage and for compensation to the victims.
