Dear Editor, The presidency of Donald J. Trump came to its formal conclusion on Jan. 20, 2021, with the inauguration of Joseph R. Biden, Jr. as the 46th president of our great nation. President Trump exited quite reluctantly, with his overall approval rating at an abysmal 34 percent, and his disapproval rating at 62 percent. Dear Editor, The media and government call for unity. Unity of what? Where do I, as a true believer in Jesus Christ and the Bible, have any unity with the proposals that are being put forth by this administration? Benchmark set for organ donation in Southeast Ohio

Dear Editor, Lifeline of Ohio, along with organ, eye and tissue donors, passed the most significant benchmark in its 35-year history — 446 lives saved in 2020 through organ donation and transplantation. This number reflects the largest amount of lives saved and healed in the organization’s history. The federally designated OPO, serving Central and Southeast Ohio, coordinated lifesaving gifts from 165 organ donors in 2020, resulting in 517 organs transplanted. Twitter bans

Dear Editor, I would like to comment on the controversy surrounding the media entities who have banned Donald Trump from their platforms. I read an article where an Editor stated that this sets an alarming precedent. I think not! Trump was banned from Facebook and Twitter for speech that was considered inflammatory. His actions were in violation of the specific Terms and Conditions set forth by these entities as a right of use. This applies to anyone who uses these platforms. Dear Editor, Anti-Trumpers have been looking to remove him from office since his inauguration in 2017. They impeached him over nothing last year and this year, days before his term ends, they want to try to remove him again. Why? They say he called for an insurrection? He did no such thing!
