They were married July 26, 1958 in a Quaker ceremony on the campus of Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y. where they were both graduate students. Rockwell is the son of the late Glenn and Elizabeth Rockwell. He is co-owner and operator of Rockwell Orchards.
